12 Hours of Road America (12RA) does not grant refunds or defer entries.
However, these are uncertain times and we want you to know that we've got your back. If the event is cancelled due to local, state and/or federal government order because of public safety reasons, you can choose to defer your registration to our 2022 event or to receive a partial refund based on proximity to event day. See below for refund details.

Welcome to the 12 Hours of Road America. This epic bike and run racing event takes place 7pm - 7am on August 14-15, 2021 in Elkhart Lake at the iconic Road America race track. The race track gives riders and runners the opportunity to race on the same pavement that's made history in the auto racing industry for years. The racing happens overnight on the partially illuminated track and roads around the track adding another exciting factor to the event. This is a one-of-a-kind racing experience that welcomes all levels.
The paddock area invites athletes and spectators to listen to live music, enjoy the beer garden, visit food trucks, enjoy a midnight pizza party, pancake breakfast and evening movies in victory lane.
All this fun, while enabling myTEAM TRIUMPH to continue their mission of building more inclusive communities and allowing athletes with disabilities to compete in races around the country.

Registration will close on Wednesday, August 11th at 2:00pm.
Day of registration (August 14) will be available on site from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.
Cancellation Guarantee Refund Details:
If a government entity cancels the 12RA event between December 2020 and May 2021, the event will refund 90% of the participant entry fee. If a government entity cancels the 12RA event between June 2021 and July 2021, the event will refund 80% of the participant entry fees. If a government entity cancels the 12RA event after July 2021, the event will refund 70% of the participant entry fees.
Refunds do not include process charges and/or donations made.
